The service

IssueGrid is an add-on for Google Sheets that imports data from Jira Cloud using credentials you provide. You must have the right to access the Jira data you import and to store it in Google Sheets under your organisation's policies.

Free and Pro plans

The free plan has the limits described on the pricing page. Pro is a subscription sold through Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record. You can cancel any time from your Gumroad receipt; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.

Acceptable use

Don't use IssueGrid to break Atlassian's or Google's terms, overload Jira sites, or access data you aren't authorised to see.

No warranty

IssueGrid is provided "as is". We work hard to keep imports accurate and reliable, but Jira and Google can change their services at any time, so keep Jira as your source of truth. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Material changes for paying users will be announced by email.
