Summary

IssueGrid has no servers of its own and no user database. It runs inside Google Apps Script under your Google account, copies data from your Jira Cloud site into the spreadsheet you are using, and checks Pro license keys with Gumroad. We do not sell, rent or share your data, and we do not use it for advertising or to train AI models.

Google user data we access and why

Connect to an external service	Calling your Jira Cloud site's REST API and Gumroad's license verification API. No other service.
Run when you are not present	Scheduled refreshes you turn on (Pro).

IssueGrid does not access your Gmail, your Google Drive files or any spreadsheet other than the one it is used in.

Data stored

Jira connection (site address, email, API token): stored in Google Apps Script user properties, private to your Google account and this add-on. Other editors of the spreadsheet cannot read it. Remove it any time with Disconnect Jira.
Import settings (JQL, fields, tab name): stored in the spreadsheet's document properties, available to the add-on for anyone who edits that spreadsheet.
Imported Jira data: written to cells of your spreadsheet and governed by your Google account and sharing settings.
License (key and last check time): stored in your user properties.

Data shared

Atlassian: your queries are sent to your own Jira site, authenticated with your token.
Gumroad: when you activate Pro, the license key is sent to Gumroad to verify it, with a daily recheck. Purchases are processed by Gumroad under its privacy policy.

IssueGrid's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

Clicking Disconnect Jira removes the stored connection. Import settings are deleted with Remove or with the spreadsheet. Imported data stays in your spreadsheet until you delete it. We hold no copies.

You can ask about, or request deletion of, any data related to you by writing to ahustlega@gmail.com. EU/EEA users have the rights set out in the GDPR, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.
